Vegan Nachos




INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Vegan Tortilla Chips

  • Bunch of cilantro to taste

  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped

  • 1 package Violife Just Like Cheddar Shreds

  • 1/4 cup coconut butter

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • Paprika to taste

  • Salt to taste


DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt coconut butter over medium heat.

  2. Add flour and stir until smooth.

  3. Add coconut milk and a dash of paprika and salt to taste

  4. Stir continuously on low heat until thickened.

  5. Remove form heat and combine Violife Just like Cheddar Shreds

  6. Stir until completely melted.

  7. Place tortilla chips in a large bowl. Add cheese sauce, a generous sprinkling of fresh cilantro and chopped jalapeno peppers to taste.
