Ingredients

1 leaf romaine lettuce

2 slices tomato

2 slices red onion
½ cup alfalfa sprouts
Directions
Prepare the Bagel: Slice the bagel in half and spread the coarse-grain brown mustard evenly on both cut sides.
Build the Base:
